Extra Dry, this wine was created with sweeter palates in mind. Crisp English acidity balances the sweetness and brings out the palate of Apple, Elderflower and Hawthorn.

Chapel Down Vintage Reserve Brut has been awarded a Bronze Medal at The International Wine Challenge 2011, The Decanter World Wine Awards 2011 and, The International Wine and Spirit Competition 2011. A very approachable style of fizz with a lively refreshing mousse, it has good depth and crisp fruit.

Rosé Brut has been awarded a Gold Medal at The International Wine Challenge 2011. A classic grape variety in a modern style, it has the colour of lightly smoked salmon (an ideal partner). The wine is young and fresh with a clean finish and perfectly balanced acidity.

Pinot Chardonnay 2006 has been awarded a Silver Medal at the International Wine Challenge 2011, The Decanter World Wine Awards 2011 and, the International Wine and Spirit Competition 2011. The first Pinot Noir Chardonnay blend sparkling wine, this is a classic style of fizz with finesse and elegance.

The Pinot Reserve has been made by the strict selection of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes.
